感觉到 a third 对于题目很重要,可是没有懂? 问下这个a third啥意思? 同时,想问下 d 为啥不行, 这个加强了观光公交车的存在,更能证明这个针对于观光公交车的方案可行,谢谢

俺的想法:
题目说TOUR BUSES到这个城市里面造成POLLUTION,请注意有个词 so most buses have" idled" at the curb during each stop, 是说因为没有停车位了,所以BUS在等游客的时候只能发动机怠速空转着等游客,因此造成很多exhaust.
plan:专门为1/3数量的BUS设置车位来减少这种EXHAUST.  (a third =1/3)
C: buses在这个城市经过时候只有1/4的时间是把游客从一个点接到另一个点的,也就是说3/4的时间都是等游客的。因此如果等游客的时候能有地方停车而不是发动机空转的话, 显然可以大大减少exhaust. - support
D: 来游玩的乘客坐BUS的比任何单独其他方式都多:也能SUPPORT,但是力度没有C大。(比如说因为一个BUS能做很多人,一辆小车只能坐4个人。。。所以不能排除小车的总量大于BUS总量。。。)

我正好在差这道题 看到你的问题 虽然不知道你解决了没有 我还是说一下我的理解吧 E是典型的重复原文 E说等游客的时候车在到处跑 原文说等游客的时候车在空转 一个意思的 远远不如C选项力度大

时间隔得有点远了,不过正好也想说说这题:
因果题型
1>空转没地方停车导致排气量大污染大
2>多建设parking可以解决排气量大污染大的问题
不要判断成方案类型,这里有论述。
C选项其实是,driving和idle的时间分配,正好是原文因的加强重述。
E只说找不到停车位,但是找不到,那可能开出去了,不一定是idle。所以不要脱离因,其次,如果是第三原因的导入,again,找不到停车位,我也可以就地停车不管交通规则,那么也无法对我的conclusion进行影响。

同样时间隔得远,但是我认为楼上关于D选项不对的原因说的都不对。请注意结论:so damage to Palitito's buildings from the buses' exhaust will diminish significantly.
注意红字,from the buses's exhaust,显然D没办法支持来自大巴的尾气污染大大减少了。换句话,如果结论是....from the automobiles' exhaust.... D选项是支持的。
