答案是E，但为什么B不对？是因为不知道基数大小吗？还是因为文中说增长的人数中移民只占部分(in part)，所以B中说移民的人不喜欢鱼是有偏误的？

B不一定是must be true，假设移民过去的人特别喜欢鱼，并且他们消费的fish比poultry多，如果这样的话，按照题意，本地人就应该现在消费的poultry比fish多才可以达到题中的增长情况。
如果本地人没有移民那么的喜欢鱼，并且当年鱼的价格上涨，那么本地人就会减少鱼增加p的消费，由于移民对鱼的偏好实在太强了，所以价格上涨也不能减少鱼的消费量，那么B就不对了。
我觉得可以想象很多种B不成立的情况，但是E是must be true的。
