When I read it,I find a seeming paradox.Subway ridership is projected to increase by 20 percent,the MTA plans to increase the number of daily train by only 5 percent.why?If we can figure out the reason,we can get the correct answer.To solve the paradox,the answer must relate to some changes over the same period or some riderships' characters that make the plan reasonable,etc.
