请问，highlight部分是什么意思？我的理解是：今年如果有一大批的新公司建立的话，就有可能超过前年的记录。
所以，我选了A.也就是说这个结论的前提是：新公司找的人比去年已经建立的公司招的人多~~~~

但是正确答案C,请问我是哪里理解错了？

highlight部分的意思是：除非今年又有破纪录的一大批新公司成立，否则新工作的记录不会被破。

新公司数*公司提供的职位数=总JOB数

今年如果新公司提供的职位数量少于去年，那么新公司数必需破纪录，才能令总JOB数破纪录。

所以C是正确的

A的答案正好相反，如果今年新公司提供的职位数多了，那么就不一定需要新公司的数量破纪录了。
