我认为这道题问的应该是为什么sympatric anole lizard species（A地区的全部蜥蜴） resemble many other closely related sympatric species（B地区的全部蜥蜴）；也就是说题目想让我们回答文章中是怎么体现A地区蜥蜴和B地区蜥蜴的共同点；
