Information题，在题干中找关键字在原文中定位即可，KEY基本上是原文的重现，几乎都没有或只有简单的同意改写

第一段（文章中加黄部分）：What is striking about these lizards is not that coexisting species differ in morphology and habitat use（答案） (such differences are common（在这里可以当做题干中resemble的同义词） among closely related sympatric species（定位关键词）), but that the same three types of habitat specialists occur on each of four islands: …

至于说LZ说的“用相异性来解释相似性”，我觉得吧RC不要想太多author为什么这么来阐述观点、解释问题……只要理解作者解释中的逻辑和道理即可
但是本人不是NN，在RC上还存在很多不足，欢迎指正

顺便说一句：GMAC很阴险，会考括号里的内容（我已经见到过3、4道这种题了），建议如果对题干关键词没有印象，可以到略读的部分找

看到了帖子看这个问题好像也解释得不彻底，反复看好想终于懂了。
我觉得题目：
According to the passage, sympatric anole lizard species resemble many other related sympatric species in that the anole lizard species
问的是 同一地区的lizard更相似的原因是因为lizard怎样了。关键是in that后面的lizard指的是这个物种，而不是前面的同不同一个地区的动物了。所以A选项说因为lizard它们的mono和habitat不同，言下之意是说因为物种相似性更取决于mono和habitat（后文提到的），所以sympatric lizard才会相似。连起来看就是同一地区的生物会更相似是因为lizard这个物种会因为栖息地不同而物种不同。（是不是lz想说的相异证明相似？）
我觉得这道题其实不算完全information题，读懂文章主旨：sympatric更相似。可能会好理解一些。

可是文章明确说了同一地区的anole这些都是不同的，这就无法作为一个原因啊
