are you a current student @ Ross?
what's your target industry and career focus?

U-M全国影响的公立学校，虽然大不如前。螺丝校友会比较多，General Management is a strength, but truth is, quiet a few faculty are ph.d from CMU. If your concern is to work here in US, it would not be easy to make the shift, because I check the list of companies that hired international students from Ross last year, only a handful industrial companies. As for these Consulting/IB firms, it is too competitive even for US students. Maybe the Macc program fits your background, but only good for accounting career. Anyway, the culture here, collaborative/humbleness/balanced, may match your taste. Haha.

Sorry, neither... If I were current students or alumni, I guess I will be more neutral.  :-)
I am fan of great schools with great people, and trying to help others to make their best decisons. Though I did not apply for Ross, yet I used to know two Ross alumni, who were nice, humble and of high inner substances. To me, they are really likable persons and deserve to build life-long friendship with.

Some one compiled the recruiting stats of the US NEWS MBA ranking schools.  lease take a look:

Looks like Ross has a higher average salary, while Tepper has a higher recruiting % at graduation.  I plan to dig into the details myself with some of the current students at Tepper.

Will share if I get any info.

当然是Ross咯，排名又好，就业率也高。
而且，中国人少，你会非常非常吃香。。。。

我是4年accounting的背景。MBA之后想转做Strategy, general management 或者 brand management.Ross 的email里没有提scholarship，不知道收到admission binder以后里面会不会有。。。
Tepper 给了$17500 Forte scholarship.
这2个学校我都很喜欢，如果不考虑scholarship， 哪个program 更好呢？
看businessweek里的统计，Tepper的就业率比Ross好。。。

当然Ross了！房地产是什么？Location, Location, and Location！MBA是什么啊？品牌、品牌、还是品牌！Ross General Management Top 5, MBA Top 12, U of Michigan Top 11！
关于奖学金是一个鸡和蛋的问题，找到好工作、一点点奖学金、毕业后半年就赚回来了；找不到、就是全奖有什么意义！MC/IB甚至明确在网站上挂着第一条Requirement：Top 15 MBA！ Tepper 最新的US News排名已经18了、General Management 、Finance排名从没有进过前10！
教学质量：Ross是第一家采用Action-Based Learning的学校！
校友网络：Ross校友遍布全美和亚洲的MC/IB、我认识的2个Boston C的中国区Senior Managements、一个中国人一个老外、全是Ross!
我有个美国ABC朋友、拒了NYU、拿了Ross, for his Strategy / MC Career!
你那么优秀，就快来加入我们Ross吧！

楼上两位： 我承认ROSS名气大于TEPPER，但不解为什么US NEWS MBA 里的毕业就业％只有59.8%. 因为国际学生不好就业？ Willerocky之前也说是有Challenge.  

不管LZ最后到那里，大家都是国际学生，这些问题讨论清楚的话我相信对大家都有帮助。
