多谢楼上两位，我看了一下EQUITY ANAYLIST基本要求如下。

有两个问题，请教一下：
1.这个职位的平均年龄是多少？
2.要求first-tier universities的小硕学位，如果我考美国综合前100是否也会被认可？（清华北大从全球排名来讲和美国top 100也差不多，但是比国内考研好考多了）
3.如果我考会计或金融专业全美前50是否也会被认可？（这个貌似更好考）

这个真不好说. 因为投资行业除了教育背景外还要考虑其他的一些因素.

比如做私募和风投, 即使你没有文凭, 但你能给老板找来生意, 人家也会要你.

而且我还是觉得你30岁毕业后入行有点晚. 除非你认识insider能拉你进去.

多谢Siegfred。请问你也是这个行业的人士吗？可以介绍一点经验吗？

我只想做研究，倒不是为了赚多少钱，获取多大的成功。只是觉得工作要占大半辈子，每天做自己喜欢的事会快乐一点。
偏sales的我是不会去碰的，因为我以前做过，知道这个领域我是应该回避的。
