对finance而言，欧洲圈子很小，所以拿到牛推并且很strong在欧洲换个地方问题不大，但是美国个人觉得希望很小~说实话欧洲做的还是有些非主流，能被美国那边认可，做的真的很好的并且要德高望重到跟committee说的上话的不是很多，INSEAD，LBS，还有几个老牌子学校的老师肯定没问题，别的还是算了吧~

没办法弥补,只能多申请一些学校试试.

本人现在在荷兰的RSM读金融与投资硕士 现在发现不会荷兰语在荷兰基本上不能就业 回国RSM名气也不是很大 就想申请一个金融方面的phd 我的本科在宁波诺丁汉大学读 大学前几年的成绩还不错 但是最后一年由于忙申请考GT以至于成绩很差 我们学校和英国学校一样 学位等级按最后两年的成绩决定的 我拿了二等下学位 GPA按自己学校算3.0但是不同学校有不同算法 也有可能会被算成2.5. 我觉得申请美国的phd肯定没戏 所以想申欧洲英国以外的国家的phd 如荷兰 北欧四国 德国 法国 大家觉得phd申请侧重什么 学校会不会因为申请人GPA一项很低就拒人？有什么可以弥补GPA不足 硕士如果高GPA，然后把GMAT刷到750+ 雅思刷到8分以上能不能弥补本科GPA低的缺陷？还有我的情况如果我硕士GPA有3.5 GMAT有750+ 雅思8分 能否申请到这些国家的phd的奖学金？谢谢！

it seems to me that you don't even know what phd is ....

i would strongly suggest you get yourself more exposure to the research. try to develop a general idea about what has been done on the topics you are interested in.

I think this is the point. What matters is whether you like and want to do research or not. If really do, you will find your way.

If I get a GPA above 3.5 for my MSc in Finace, 750+ GMAT and 8 for IELTS, will I be admitted by Mphi program in European schools such as EDHEC, RSM,UVA and so on?
