Well, just as others have said, you should figure out whether you want to do research. I hope that it is not because you deem it as a "safe option". I am in NL, too. I do not think you cannot find a job in NL only because you do not know Dutch. I have many friends who are working in NL and know zero Dutch. Moreover, I have friends from UvT who found marvelous jobs in China, too. It really depends, now it seems. But I understand your worry. I had the same thing, too.

Zhang is quite right in terms of the PhD application. You have to know what options you have. If you want to do research, you have to learn what options there are and which option are suitable for you. For example, you should have heard of UvT if you are studying now in RSM. Advertise my own school, again, haha. Seriously, choose carefully. PhD is a big time investment.

I would like to advertise my own school as well~ Tilburg is good at banking in the field of finance. Regarding pricing, we also have some very excellent professors. As for the PhD application, EDHEC and RSM might be much easier. However, it's so hard to find a decent academic job from these programs. If you really want to go to the industry, doing a PhD might be a waste of time and resource. This point has been mentioned so many times when I talked with several professors. You should confirm whether you want to do research, which is important for you and your supervisor.

lz我今年也拿到了RSM和你同样项目的ad，同时还有法国ESCP的ad,还在犹豫选择哪个。能不能给点建议？？看lz的语气貌似对RSM小有失望哦。。。

I do not know your french school, sorry. For RSM, if you can not speak Dutch, you have limited choice for job, most jobs require Dutch, also the reputation of RSM in China is not so big compared with UK and US schools. However, in the aspect of job hunting, your ability is also very important.
