     题意应该是   邮资调帐 然 服务水平降低

              ( C ) 快递的收费较高 !

              ( C ) 选项可以作为WEAKEN的逻辑为合 ?? 可否请大家帮我厘清一下

可是private delivery services的收费跟postal service无关呀。而且题目讲的是“收费增加而服务质量降低”，所以关于“收费”的说法应是无关的呀？？不解？？？

我也觉得(C)没办法削弱题目的主张耶…

正确答案为什么不是(C)而是(E)呢?

(E)说明first-class letter delivery cost的提高并非因为经营不善，而是由于整体消费水平提高的缘故，所以应该可以weaken题目的主张，不是吗？

我也迷惘了…

E是可以支持文章的逻辑的，因为物价只涨了3倍，而邮资涨了10倍。但是C如何削弱了文章的结论我却说不出，感觉上好像可以勉强解释为费用高低和效率运营没有直接的关系。

∵ Private delivery services $＞The postal service$

推论

è若the postal service比快递贵就有为常理  则 铁 mismanaged.

∴ 没有mismanaged  è暗喻 定价还在合理范围内

虽然C选项设计的狠烂 但相较于E  C 绝对是一个比较倾向于weaken的选项

选项A和大全D-7的C特别类似。

D-7/C是说私人服务的价格也高。

OG-137的A是说 睡眠习惯一致的夫妻也会吵架。

OG对A的解释是，文章的assumption不是说睡眠习惯一致是唯一的影响婚姻的理由，所以不能选。

同理到D-7C里也是一样，题干也没说badly management是价格高，服务差的唯一理由。所以我觉得也不能weaken结论。

我觉得OG137的A和D7的C不是一回事，OG的A不存在比较关系，而D7的C通过与Private的比较得出post service与大环境比较价格其实还处在一个较低的水平。我觉得lawer解释得很清楚。

其实C是用另外一个现象来说明price上涨与mismanagement不是因果关系

而E则是排除他因，进一步指出就是mismanagement导致价格上涨的。
