其实这道题考的是削弱中关于实际数量与比例的一类题，题目中说小于25岁的人的比例上升了，作者认为由于比例上升就会引起实际数量的上升，c选项说的是比25岁大的人的实际数量下降了，也就是说即便25岁以下的人不变，他的比例也是会上升的（可以利用一个比例式子理解，即小于25岁的比例应该 =小于25岁的人数/小于25岁人数+大于25岁人数），至于E选项说的是大概一半的25岁以下的潜在投票者没有投票似乎已经超出了该问题讨论的范围，即便真的算也是加强，比例增加了，还有25岁以下的没投票直接表明是人数是增加的，是支持作者观点的。
