Information from GMAC has pointed to a new GMAT format to be released in Mid 2012. The new format is not significantly different from the current GMAT. The difference is that one of the essays will be replaced by a new section in the verbal part. GMAC is currently conducting market survey in various US business schools to gather opinions and finalize which essay to take out.
