V1(710,v36)  说一个地方要把原来的bridge拆掉，修一个新的。然后说准备把这个bridge修的比原来高，宽度比原来大。这样在很多大船通过的时候就不用把桥吊起来（吊起来再放下这个过程要花一个小时，期间桥上无法通车）了。问这个新桥为什么不能起到提高交通效率的作用。
我选的答案是：因为桥建的比以前宽了，以前走不过去的大船现在可以通过了，所以要把桥吊起来的情况有可能不会减少。
V2（730,V38） 描述一种跨河大桥可以抬起来让船过去。说现在要把旧的移除建立个新桥。新桥可以减少因为抬桥造成的交通堵塞，cause它更高更宽。问削弱，a选项说抬桥之前会停止交通一小时以待观察之类不是很确定
