True that.  You've basically narrowed down your exit opportunities if you go for ECM, althought it may sound more interesting and exciting.

It's quite easy to switch from ECM in Bulge Bracket to IBD then PE, I guess, right?

From RS to IBD/PE VC, not that easy.
