AA：9 out of 1000 passengers who traveled on A Airline last year filed a complaint about AA's baggage-handling procedures. Only 1% passengers unhappy with the procedures and most of the passengers were satisfied with the procedures. Thus, AA does not need to rewiew the procedures in maintaining passengers.(领会精神)
