Job Title: eSolutions Support Analyst Location: Hong Kong
Responsibilities
Provide support on eSolutions front-end Liaise with ISV’s under ASP model and Exchanges Help to troubleshoot order issues and escalate when appropriate Answer and log customer calls in ticketing system Take ownerships of outstanding production tickets (ie. Updating and closing tickets and providing feedback to clients as necessary) Prepare UAT with customer before DMA go live Assist install and configure the DMA application front end offered by Newedge Prepare and test of the new release of trading application front end Participate to market rehearsal for exchange upgrades and migrations Perform daily pro-active monitoring of the system (system check and cleaning of files) and inform the customers of any relevant change or incident that could disrupt their business and trading activities Perform emergency changes on limits under critical situations and report to eSolutions Client Service team Issue reporting accurately and in timely manner
Requirements
University graduate or equivalent qualifications At least 3 years experience in financial markets (Securities & Derivatives markets) or production management or front office support desk Knowledge of trading applications such as, Trading Technologies, GL Trade, Patsystems, ORC and FIX 4.2 or above Familiar with Windows application and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiar with basic operational markets knowledge Independent, proactive with ability to work with minimal supervision Excellent communication skills and a strong analytical mindset is critical Ability to communicate effectively in Cantonese, mandarin and English is required
