昨天我使用信用卡在MBA.COM上刷美金，系统告诉我卡不能用，我连续换了四张卡，都不可以。无奈就知道到NEEA去给了人民币1880，而且也显示付款成功，但问题是再去选择考位时显示账户已被冻结，于是给NEEA打了电话，按要求发了两封解锁信，信的内容是这样的

尊敬的考生：

您好，有可能是您在支付时输入错误的信用卡信息超过3次（请注意：billing address中不要出现任何标点符号并且在输入卡号时不要键入“空格”），导致您在MBA的帐户被锁定，请您按照如下要求申请解锁：

In order to prevent credit card fraud, our system will block the card if any information was wrongly entered on MBA.com.  To remove the block, our finance team need verify the information including your name, GMAT ID ,card type, card number, card holder name, expiration date andbilling addressin our record，Especially your problem about the issue.
Please send ：gmatissue@pearsonvue.com.cnthe information at your earliest convenience. If our finance team confirms everything is fine, the block will be removed accordingly. Then you will be able to order score report on MBA.com.

Attention please: the subject of this email should be ‘remove the GMAT block’.

在这封信里面我填的是一张无法在MBA.COM上刷美金的信用卡的号码以及相关资料，这样的解锁信会有效吗？而且他说会在48小时之内回复，但有没有什么更快的方法解锁呢？还有就是钱在账户上安不安全啊？有过期日吗？

囧，大概没人碰到过你这样的情况，人官方说了要48小时必然也没得快了，要么你再打给北美试试，钱么应该不用担心肯定是安全的

我付美金的时候没有这个问题喔...... 你确定你的卡可以付美金？

我也遇到过被锁的情况  我是直接打pearson VUE的客服让他们给处理的  但是明明给我发了邮件说已经解锁了可以报名的时候仍然显示不行。。。目前还在新一轮申诉中。。。

同被锁掉了，没想到这么麻烦，只能等解锁了，但说1-2个工作日就应该好了，还好今天不是周末啦
