题目问的是weaken，这是一种方式啊，没说一定，但是可能~~~
题目讲的是number of employees,E谈到mechine去了~~无关吧~~

weaken就是找个理由说上面这句话O比P事故少不成立啊，也就是说O的事故不一定比P少。
B选项很对啊，因为P把很多情况都当成Accident了啊，所以O比P事故多神马的
