做prep遇到的一道数学题，求思路~

.A certain city with a population of 132,000 is to be divided into 11 voting district, and no
district is to have a population that is more than 10 percent greater than the population of
any other district. What is the minimum possible population that the least poopulated that
the least populated district could have?

3.10900
4.11000
5.11100

题看懂了，但是没有思路，希望有人点拨一下，谢谢~~~

我觉得选D，
设最少的是X，则其他十个是1.01X, 1.02x,....总之最大不能超过1.10x
求x就是把132000除以这11个数用X表示后得到的表达式，肯定是Ax这种型的，你要求x的最小值，则要求A的最大值，A何时取到最大？当剩下那10个数全部是1.1X的时候，
因此，132000等于12X，x=11000
