是E，还有一题也是选C的，但描述有些不同而且选项也不同。这题我是这样理解的：
这些老人的子女也会为这些老人补贴，但是有个上限就是a comfortable living。pension不一定能够达到comfortable吧，当政府提高20%时，那些子女就会降低他们的supplement20%，所以这些老人的well being还是没变。C选项本来就有些问题，它发生的前提是通货膨胀在当地开始了而且还会持续很长时间，但题目没有给这个assumption，所以我觉得E更好。不知道LZ同不同意O(∩_∩)O~

我现在确实觉得C不对了，因为原题已经给出Inflation不需考虑了，C又说inflation的话有点无关。
但是我总是觉得当政府提高20%时，那些子女就会降低他们的supplement20%这个说法绕了太远了。。。。
