旅游车本应该只用1/4的时间，就能走完线路。而因为没有parking，车子3/4的时间停在路边，没有熄火（排放污染）。所以修新的parking，能减少这3/4的排污量

更多的游客坐旅游巴士> 会造成更多的污染
