原句最后用的是may,根据这点，其他用了will的改变了原句的意思。而E呢，显得awkward。所以我认为选A

有个rise by8% more。。in south。。and 4%more in north。。。的，原句有more，选项有两个（包括原句）有more，剩下的没more，最后就在该不该有more上面纠结了半天，最后选了和原句一致有more 的

我google了一下。貌似rise by ？% 后面如果加more的话一定是连着than的，个人认为见到more就有than...不知道对不对，手头没有字典，求确认！
