我也赞成选A ，首先，D,E，cousins后面是分号，导致后面的they指代不清，应该不对。
然后考点有green and striped, or have plenty of bumps and bruises的平衡
only 和 but 的平衡，所以are不可以缺，应该选A，也不是百分百确定
