因为像B所说的，那些误诊都是吧 没有 变成 有， 不会把 有 变成 没有。所以不会做少手术！

恩~明白了~
但是题目中的逻辑推导是怎么样的呢？感觉还是糊糊的~关误诊的什么事？
能不能这样想：那些误诊的都是没有阑尾炎的人，所以就算医生对他们做手术，也不会对他们身体有什么伤害？

我觉得我关键没有读懂题目的意思~
每次遇到without这个词，翻译老出问题了！

楼上的解释感觉有点问题啊，B选项的意思是 ：误诊是 把没有病的当成有病的
这样就使有必要做手术的都没漏掉

否则如果 把有病的当成没病的，那么有必要做手术的人就减少了，不符合原文的without fewer。
