我试图通过调换according to的位置来免除其有可能修主句，但是没办法安排它的位置，：（，因为 funds that screen companies, 这四个词中的三个位置，任何一个都不行，，郁闷。

既然如此，就只能换成in accordance with，没折。

这种想法，有没有问题？

今天寄特快专递，在其详情单的背面看到以下的文字。

5. The postage will be charged according to the  total weights of the item (including the weights of contents, labels and packaging materials).

看来，以上两个单词的用法，还是不同的。前一个是：“与。。。一致”；后一个，则是“根据。。。”

换一个角度来评价D, E, according to 后面跟by.... 就是不idiomatic 的, 要么就说be justified by ....., and.... 要么就说 be justified accroding to ....

我以前在学美国GAAP的相关文章及美国公司的财务年报时,接触到的全部是" in accordance with" 的所法(ETS's prefer).  它比" according to" 在商业中更为正式.

再看到这个贴子，我同意选d，理由和tianwan的一样，according放在句子中间逻辑主语有问题。

这里的such 。。as和such as句意是有不同，但没有非常明显的区别，能够用来排除a选项。

还有criteria是修饰screen的，不是funds，否则句意不合

个人以为选A. in accordance with, as said Jerryguan, means to abide by. But here we need to express the meaning of "based on... ", so A is better.
