这题问什么不选B呢？不是要推翻病毒集中在鼻子这个说法麽？

我觉得这题的论点是Z那个东东能不能treat common cold, 因为第一句话是说“虽然ZL被宣传为治理普通感冒的药，但是实验证明两者没有关系（ZL没有治疗功效）”，接着后面说转折说“However，把ZG涂在鼻子上能对cold有用”，因为ZL和ZG都含有Z这个东西，所以，整个一段落是在讨论Z到底有没有用，所以我觉得答案选D。B错是因为它只提到了ZL没有说ZG（刚开始复习逻辑2天，望前辈指点）
