1。想不通A为什么对，原文根本没提到用甘蔗做乙醇会跟profit有什么关系。
2。想不通B为什么不对，B当中已经提到因为wage的关系已经——HAVE SAVED MONEY，这么明显的已经saved money了，为什么就不能成为rise in profit的解释，难道节约成本跟提高利润没关系吗？

题目中说的是except: 就是要找最不能说明在价格和产量不变的情况下收入增加的原因
A：很多产甘蔗大国增加了以甘蔗为原料的乙醇的产量，所以总体甘蔗消费量降低了
这不能解释收入增加
而BCDE均是不同程度的节省开支 于是在价格X产量-成本=收益的前提下 成本少了 收入就增加了
