这是道数据充分题，答案是C，两个一起结论成立，而我完全摸不到头脑。。这道题到底是啥意思啊。感觉好绕。。希望大家讲解一下

就是个比例问题，第一条件是分式变大，不代表分子就变大
第二个条件，分母增加也不代表分子就增加

只有两个和起来看，分式变大，分母变大，那么分子必须变大

1) 股票数占总数（股票+债券）的百分比增长了
2）总数（股票+债券）增长了

所以选c
