几道prep数学纠结很久还是不会

1 If x and y are intergers greater than 1 ,is x mutiple of y ?
1 3y 平方+7y=x
2 x平方-x is amutiple of y
A certain city with a pupulation of 13200 is to be divided into 11 voting districts and no district is to have a population that is mare than 10 percent greater than the population of any other district,what is the minumim possible population that the least populated district could have

第一题我选A
3y^2+7y=y(3y+1)=x 则 y是x的3y+7倍
x^2-x=x(x-1)是y的倍数则 x和x-1都可能是y的倍数

第二题选1100 13200/11=1200 每个District的人数不能超过最小的那个的10% 又1100以下的数字的110%都小于1200（总数不可能达到13200）so 1100

如果我的和答案不一样也麻烦告诉一下我重新想。。。
