第一个我是这么想的：这个refutation是以来产蛋的母龟数量增加为依据的，从题目的逻辑链条来说，应该是化学泄漏---蛋死了---当年孵出的龟少了---长大来产蛋的母龟也少了
但是化学物质泄漏是5年前发生的，受影响的那些蛋孵出来的海龟现在应该是5岁 选B的话，现在来产蛋的这些龟都是十岁的也就是没有受过5年前的荼毒的，那些受影响的龟还不到年龄回来产蛋，所以不能作为依据来驳斥论断。

第二个应该是这样的：价格上涨会引起销量下降，但税收上涨不代表价格会涨，因为税收是对生产者征收，只要生产者愿意不提价而自己承受税收上涨的损失，销量就不会下降。
所以这个argument应该是以“生产者不会自己承受损失来阻止价格上涨”为前提
