诚心诚意地请教大家，能读什么样的。

不怕丢人，自己一直很想读MBA，可是总觉得自己的背景不好，大家能不能看看，申请什么样的学校比较好。

在国内时高考发生选科错误，后来是读了英语的专科。毕业后在著名外资酒店工作3年，先是做秘书，1年后升为领班,主要工作是协助总监管理5个分部门，作每月的forcast，promotion plan,参与每年的department analysis report (SWOT)。总的来说，接触些marketing的工作，主要还是自己部门的管理。工作期间参与许多重大会议的接待，如Fortune500, APEC 2001, etc. 觉得离开工作比较可惜，应该做到manager再走的。F2来美国后，读了marketing本科，感兴趣marketing analyst，所以继续读了MIS master，想增加些analytical和database的知识。感觉自己一直在进步，但是经历好像太曲折了些，不知道是不是太弱的背景，能申请什么样的学校呢？

GMAT 720+， GPA 3.5

不过你不是想做MARKETING吗？怎么读了MIS？

My school's marketing MSBA program is under revising. They don't accept new applicants. So I choose MIS as a substitution. MIS is management of information system. Before the IT recession, many graduates found jobs in IT area. I choose MIS because there's some courses on business analytical tools and database knowledge, which may help me in the future if I want to be a marketing analyst or marketing database.

But personally I don't think your reason for why choosing MIS is convincing.

Anyway, I think your backgroud is very good, try to figure out your career path and put your engergy on the essays.

I believe the door of top BS is open to you!
