我的话选B，看起来题干在讲一个“欲速则不达”的例子，越想推进某个进程却越适得其反，看来很像B的意思... ... 至于如何下手嘛，关键是看题干里的subject matters的关系，是互消、互长还是此消彼长、相互矛盾之类的，然后一个一个排除。
