With your matriculation to Tuck right around the corner, I am writing to give you an update on your entering class. As I mentioned in my letter three weeks ago, the response we received this year to our offers of admission has been unusually strong. Our yield on these offers increased significantly this year, a sign of the strength of and demand for the Tuck MBA experience. As a result, your entering class is over-enrolled. Therefore, we are offering an incentive to those who choose to defer their enrollment for one year"

是不是waitinglist上的defer一年，明年还申他家，会优先录取？还是发邮件问学校才清楚~~

应该是录取你，但你明年才能去上学吧，所谓deferred enrollment
