依我之见，b的意思是大部分得这个病的男性的年龄比T的平均寿命还要大，也就是说T的男性大部分还没活到得这个病的年龄就被别的病先整死了，所以能解释为什么这个病的死亡率R要比T高

楼上有些道理，我觉得其实说穿了T国的人 在得cancer的时候已经都是微微颤颤的百岁老人  他们更可能是自然去世，而不是 that dies from prostate cancer

读起来也就B跟这个矛盾有关系
B就是说的这个病的人都是活得比较久的，大量的人还没到的这个病就先死了，很好的解决了文章的矛盾嘛~~

为啥T国医疗水平不如R国，而且大多数的疾病，T国的死亡率都高于R国， 而单单是死于prostate cancer的男公民比例，T国反而远远低于R国，这是为啥呀？ B解释：因为要得prostate cancer，你至少得活到一定的年纪才有资格得这个病。。。T国人民医疗水平太低啦，平均年龄太低啦，大多数爷们都没活到这个年纪，所以得这个病的几率反而比健康之国R国还低 -----B是很好的解释

r的医疗水平比t高，不能支持结论。
B. Most men who have prostate cancer are older than the average life expectancy for male inhabitants of Terland.
r的病人都是老人，可能会自然死亡这个不是医疗水平可以控制的，所以这个结论都驳斥了背景资料给出的r的医疗比t健全。支持。

题目比较t和r的情况，这里没有提，无关。
