不是真的吧……说什么也不能是B啊 那个可说的是“一般的棉花用的农药”和“其他作物用的农药”的价格比较。

也就是D和E之间打架而已。
我<个人>的看法，是这题选E……

因为按照OG的想法，evaluation的题目，是选项可以根据加强削弱都能实现。
D的话只说了种植面积是否一样多，是一样多不是一样多。不过因为亩产一样，所以最后无论如何cost都是改良的种子贵，这个没法evaluate。

E的话是杀虫剂数量是否以前用的超多，这个会影响杀虫剂的量，所以可能影响cost，最后能evalute。

没考古，不过觉得E是对的
