先前在DeloitteERS做有关ITrisk consulting的工作,最近拿到了DeloitteConsulting的工作,主要是做CIOadvisory Service,做ITStrategy & Management的工作 想请问版上的朋友三个问题 1是否有Deloitte Consulting这个职位相关的情报 2该职位的发展性如何?若未来想申请M7的MBA(主要以Berkeley, MIT为目标)是否有机会? 3.Deloitte的CIO advisory service和Mckinsey的BTO(Business Technology Office)是否相似?
工作内容大概如下: 1. IT Strategy and Planning Integrating business and IT processes to allow forcontinuous assessment and necessary adjustments in response to newopportunities and changing market conditions. 2. IT Value Management Formalizing the tools and processes needed to bringfiscal discipline to the IT function, enabling clients to run IT as a business.
3. IT Transformation Working with clients to reshape technologyoperations and organization to achieve their vision for IT, guiding themthrough what can be a turbulent — yet extraordinarily high-value — change. 4. IT Sourcing Advisory Examining the cost structures and service levels ofcurrent IT sourcing, whether insourced or outsourced and evaluating the optionsto improve cost and service through internal adjustments, vendor selection,contract negotiation and sourcing execution. 5. IT Assessment and Due Diligence Evaluating IT strengths and risks across a widearray of IT disciplines, whether for current leaders looking to improve theirorganization or for a potential buyer seeking to understand whether IT willultimately be an asset or a liability to the acquisition. 6. Business IT Governance Institutionalizing the capacity to guide theformulation of IT strategy and plans, develop and implement initiatives andoversee IT operations in order to minimize risk, maximize return and buildcurrent and future value. |
