原文的结论是 downtown shopping district  以前收到挑战但是又completely rebound ，而这次 downtown shopping district   可能不会rebound了。
A选项指出这次是这个district的老大受到挑战，可能会倒闭，而该地区很多shop都是depend这个老大的，所以这次可能不会rebound了。（有点擒贼先擒王的感觉。。。）

PS 我觉得读完题后首先能想为什么这次就不会rebound了？那肯定是这次的挑战与以往不同，然后顺着这个思路看选项。A描述了这次挑战的特点，也就是与以往的不同了。
