C错在省的时间是在household responsibility而不是单指dinner preparation.　所以D说其实每次的准备时间都差不多，只是一个每星期次数少而已

C  household responsibility>>dinner preparation  前者时间也远多于所需啊。

D 是吃饭次数少，但吃饭和做饭时间差别甚大啊。一般是老妈、老婆做饭，国外也是household wife 啊。

况且还存在带饭上班的情况，只是不在考虑之列。

而d就已经足够解释原文的逻辑了，在家吃饭的次数少，当然在家做饭的时间也就少咯

但那也包括其它家务的呀。如果跟你说答案错了，呵呵。。。。。

想了半天，觉得是因为C根本没有回答原文的分歧。原文说两者做的菜的个数、花色没有差别，虽然前者时间短。

而C说时间短是因为做家务（包括准备饭菜）的时间少。这个矛盾依旧存在。D就很好的将前后两个矛盾的事情联系起来了。

我觉得A只回答了nutritional value, variety of menus, or number of courses.里面nutritional value的一部分
