按照lawyer的分类，我认为这题是条件型结论，条件：不是赤字，结果：不反过来影响dollar，即条件：赤字，结果：贬值。要weaken可显示充分条件成立但必要条件可以不成立，D就是说的有贬值但没赤字。结论讲的是贬值和赤字的关系而C没提到赤字
