昨天晚上面试的 问题只有几个是常规的 剩下的就没见过 于是偶就开始瞎掰了。。。。

1) go through resume
2) why undergraduate major
3) why MBA, why Tippie
4) 毕业后打算在美国找工作吗？
5) 一些resume上的问题

怪问题来了。。。

6) if you are the executive director of your company, tell me two changes you would like to bring to your organization and how are you planning to do so?

7) tell an example of a mistake at work and how you fixed it

8) tell me two business leaders that demonstrated an executive leadership

9) how to solve conflicts when working with team members at Tippie

10) tell an example in which you had two directions to choose and both were legal. which one did you choose and why?


11) what motivates you? 我一开始还问motivate me to do what? 然后她说generally谈一谈就好。。。
。。。。。还有几个 想不起来了。。。。。昨晚11点开始的 弄了45分钟 哈困 面完就直接睡觉了 睡醒了就想起这些了。。。。想起来再补充吧

不过面试lady很nice～所以不是很紧张

想提醒大家的是 对自己工作上的一些经历或者小故事 面试前一定要准备好 因为昨晚大部分问题都是让我谈工作经历的 还好老衲之前想了好多这些小例子

面试官说下周他们招生办么人 都跑出去招生了。。。。囧
让我在等一周可能有消息。。。

看过以前Tippie的面经，就看出他家的interview很不常规。对国际学生也是相当的挑。
