我唔知150k HKD/m对于你来讲算唔算多,但系你有无试过食一餐饭就差唔多呢个数?
你钟意坐写字楼既话其实的确可以选择去Fund,不过对于志向更远大的人来讲,Please remember: Always get your hands dirty and muddy.

但係在港資發展商做一個 Quantity Surveyor (RICS chartered) 5-8 years, 人工也只是 $35-40K HKD per month. 一個 Project Manager (ICE chartered) 10-15 years, 人工也只是 $60-80K HKD per month, 一個 commercial/contract manager (RICS chartered + relevant MSc) 15-20 years, 人工大約是 $70-90K HKD per month。在我 office 入面,人工最高既也只是 $150K HKD per month,佢係 Director 級數 (我本身從事 Quantity Surveying,Contract Administration、Cert Payment, Assessment of Tender, Claims Settlement, Budget Forecasting) 但如果在 fund house/i-bank 做 real estate analyst/broker 我相信人工會較高。起碼 bonus 也會多一點掛,也不用去建築工地視察,坐寫字樓工作. 我本身打算 RICS chartered 後去美國或英國讀 MSc Real Estate Finance/Invesetment 希望走 investment 路線。 -- by 会员 pgstudent (2011/11/8 17:55:44)
