Kellogg interview被waive

不是很爽，搜了一下以前的贴，虽然也有大牛被waive了，但adcom看了材料觉得很感兴趣，补了interview，但大多数人并不是NN，默默遭拒，waive了就等于别人有的你少了一part。

我比你还惨，去年就申Kellogg，被waive然后被拒。
今年提前一个月就交了part I，还是被waive。
我决定不交part II了，把申请费要回来！！

Please be assured that this waiver will in no way negatively impact your candidacy.  The Admissions Committee understands and expects these conditions and will certainly take them into consideration when reviewing your application.  The interview is a single factor in your evaluation and is by no means the most important criterion for admission.  The committee will contact you personally if they feel they need further clarification on any aspect of your file.

也觉得不是很厚道，既然网站上说kellogg difference之一就是每个人都有interview的机会，实际却又不是这样。

也不想交PART II了，可以要回申请费吗？

至少对于中国申请人，不会存在profile太好而waive面试的可能。

我一个朋友top consulting, top profile, 一开始面试waive了，后来电话面试拿到offer了。

所以不要灰心。
