求解一道极其纠结的逻辑题

疑问：全文主要要weaken的应该是“有formal plan的并没比没有formal plan的更加有优势。”但是答案却是说“没有formal plan的大部分的capital是从他们的长期合作伙伴中搜寻的。”而且文章是“说获取他们寻妖的capital并没有说capital的来从是从新的合作伙伴中获取更好还是从老合作伙伴中获取更好”所以我认为C答案没有从本质上说明formal plan是有用的。反而可能会起增强的作用。

但是其他的选项有明显感觉不合适：

A说两个一样。B是support 。D是是个无关信息。E倒是说明了formal plan的一个优点，所以我认为“只能在矮子里面挑将军”的话，E相对更加的合适。

个人见解啊。。。不知道方向对不对~
这道题讨论的是secure the capital they needed，C的意思是那些不做normal plans的人也能获得他们需要的资金，是他因削弱。而E说的succeed范围太大了，不准确
