第一题，结论是由于新的制度改革，7个小工厂都会倒闭。你把C取非，就是说lobbyist能够阻止改革，带入原文，发现他其实是削弱了前提。而assumption取非后，应该像削弱题一样，削弱argument的推理过程，而不是削弱前提。前提就是发生改革，工厂倒闭，你偏要说改革不会发生。这个不是原文推理环节的一个假设~~~
