个人认为B直接在反对结论，不是any product or service that can be obtained from an independent supplier for less than it would cost the company to provide the product or service on its own should be outsourced。 而c更像是在说事实上那些service常outsourc哪些不，没有削弱的功效，个人意见，仅供参考

一定搞清楚问题让你weaken什么。只要其他公司做outsourcing比自己公司做成本低，就应该把业务outsourcing.B选项直接告诉你这种方法太绝对。因为outsourcing容易泄密。LZ选择C肯定是过度推理了。C只是告诉我们两种具体的outsourcing和不outsourcing的对象，并不能直接说明全部outsourcing的坏处。B可以。

D选项其实是一种suggestion,认为经理们need to be as expert in the area of that product or service as the people in charge of that product or service 就是要他们像负责该领域或服务的内行人一样专业。
这不就是一种对于结论的加强吗？
