1 急于概括，前提不充分：由于Cookville工厂能生产更多的钻头，就认为全部由其生产可以降低成本。有可能Cookville工厂的生产能力是很高，可以生产10个，但是其管理成本、工人的工资、厂房的租用、设备运转的维护成本都比其它工厂高，那么根本达不到降本的效果（can not reduce our overall drill bit production costs by。。。。）

2因果关系不充分：the only way...减少每个机器的生产成本不一定是降本的唯一方法，可以降低人员的不合理的管理费用、降低原材料的采购费用

3无理假设：错误假设dedicating the Cookville factory entirely to drill bit production and shifting all other machine part production to our other factories就可以达到减少每个机器的生产成本。很有可能Cookville factory设备运转成本很高，全部由其生产钻头，反而增加生产成本。
