Therefore Green Grocers plans to lay off 10 employees and eliminate some expensive products and free sample. It will also partner with ** Cafe. Since according to a survey, the Grocers and the Cafe attract similar types of customers. As a consequence, Greentree Grocers will experience high sales volume and gain high profit margin.
