个人陋见，请指教。

c的话加强这个review具有普遍意义，不是个small sample.

b的话，许多脚踝受伤后x光拍片发现没有fracture.和主题没有关系。主题讨论的是“patients with ankle fractures ”

恩...看了GG的话顿悟...现在发现其实逻辑貌似有很多的方法，但是其实核心原则还是只有一条啊，就是有关无关。
