In the figure above, equilateral triangle ABC is inscribed in the circle.  If the length of arc ABC is 24, what is the approximate diameter of the circle?

 

(A) 5

(B) 8

(C) 11

(D) 15

(E) 19

十分抱歉，图形还是显示不出来，这次是一个圆力内切一个等边三角形。

完全不会做，望给以指导。

arc ABC is 24, arc ABC 应该指的是圆周上从A点出发经过B到达c的这段很大大的的弧，是整个圆周长度的2/3，所以圆周长应该是36，就是 派×d=36，所以d大约是11，选c
